Lead yourself instead of being led.

You function, but you sense there has to be more. I support you in two ways: building something of your own alongside your job, and personal coaching.

What holds you back most is often the story you believe about yourself.

Fears, expectations, the need for security, the people around you: you picked up much of this at some point. It once had a purpose, and today it often shapes your decisions without you noticing. You can examine it, and you can change it.

Which fears, imprints and expectations are steering your decisions?

  2. 02

    Create distance

With a little distance you see that fear, your role and other people’s opinions are only part of you.

What do you really want, regardless of what others expect?

  4. 04

    Act deliberately

My offer

Two ways out of autopilot.

Anyone who is unhappy with their professional or private situation usually needs one of two things, often both: an economic perspective of their own, or clarity about what is holding them back inside.

Alessandro Vegliante in conversation with partners at Euroevent Turin

Build your own business alongside your job, without giving up your security overnight.

Today

You have a solid job, a regular income and a predictable routine.

What is missing

You trade time for money and you answer to someone else. Almost everything you achieve during the week, you build for somebody else.

If nothing changes

In five years your everyday life looks the same as today, even though deep down you know you are capable of more.

The question

What would be different if you started today, alongside your job, to build something that belongs to you?

I see this model as decentralised entrepreneurship: you are in charge, the result belongs to you, and yet you don’t have to start from scratch.

Many people give up before they start because they believe a business of their own means a lot of capital, their own brand and years of trial and error. Here, products, production and logistics already exist, and you follow a path others have walked before you. What matters most to me is that you don’t walk it alone.

01

Proven foundation

You build on a company that has been working for years. Products, processes and training are tried and tested. Your job is to learn and do the work.

02

Real ownership

You decide on schedule, market and pace, to fit your job and your family. Nobody tells you when to work or how to grow, and you still have support when you need it.

03

International reach

From day one you can work in 51 countries, without your own supply chain, without a warehouse and without fixed costs for rent, salaries or insurance. The limits are set mainly by your network and your effort.

04

Personal support

I started this path alongside my full-time position at Avaloq and I know what it demands. You learn from me and from an experienced team.

Imagine looking back a year from now: alongside your job you have built something that belongs to you, together with people who walk the same path. The first step is a conversation.

What others say

14 people, 10 questions, an honest picture.

I asked people I have worked with for years ten questions: how they would describe me in three words, what defines me as a mentor and what has changed for them. I summarised what repeats across the answers rather than picking the nicest individual sentences.

Loyal

The word that comes up most often. Five out of fourteen name it spontaneously when asked to describe me in three words.

“His unshakeable belief that loyalty, whether today or tomorrow, always comes back.”Loris Onorati

Mentioned by Ceylan Kheder, Loris Onorati, Tatjana Vidovic, Michela Scupola, Elena Fortino

He sees more in you than you do

Four people describe the same thing in almost the same words: I recognise their potential before they do.

“He sees the potential in people long before they see it themselves, and that is exactly what changes everything.”Manuela Gerardi

Mentioned by Maria Santoro, Tatjana Vidovic, Manuela Gerardi, Michela Scupola

Honest and direct, with heart

Clear words, even when they are uncomfortable, and still never condescending.

“Direct, honest and clear, sometimes uncomfortable, but almost always with heart.”Tatjana Vidovic

Mentioned by Ceylan Kheder, Tatjana Vidovic, Michela Scupola, Elena Fortino

Calm and clarity

When the people I asked describe how they experience me, the word that comes up most often is calm.

“In his presence your thoughts sort themselves out, and suddenly you know what really matters.”Tatjana Vidovic

Mentioned by Tatjana Vidovic, Manuela Gerardi, Tamara Hofer, Aida Susa, Marijana Markovic

Training, not chance

Clear steps, understandable processes and personal development rather than technique alone.

“Alessandro places great value on clear training and on steps that are easy to follow.”Tamara Hofer

Mentioned by Tamara Hofer, Harry Wiener, Ceylan Kheder, Elena Fortino

People first

People before results: five said it explicitly, almost everyone said it in some form.

“The person first, then everything else.”Aida Susa

Mentioned by Loris Onorati, Aida Susa, Manuela Gerardi, Ceylan Kheder, Marijana Markovic

The people I asked: Ceylan Kheder, Loris Onorati, Aida Susa, Maria Santoro, Tatjana Vidovic, Manuela Gerardi, Tamara Hofer, Michela Scupola, Harry Wiener, Giuliano Sperandio, Danijela Kopranovic, Marijana Markovic, Elena Fortino and Denis Gava.

“What you see in the next few minutes, that is him. No masks, no show.”
Aida Susa, asked how she would introduce me to someone

Background

From functioning to deciding deliberately.

At the age of six I had my first business cards and played managing director. At school I was underestimated. I was advised to become a salesperson and not to think too big.

In the corporation I had security, but never the feeling that it was enough. Alongside my full-time job I built my own sales organisation. Since 2024 I have been a full-time entrepreneur. If I have learnt one thing from this, it is that you don’t have to believe what others say about your potential.
