This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit this website, request a guide or contact us. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The German version is legally binding.

2. Which data we process
- Information you provide in a guide form: first name, email address, optionally phone number, your selection regarding your current situation and your consent.
- Information from the questions before the initial call: first name, email address, optionally phone number, your concern, your situation, your goal, your available time and how you heard about me.
- For the Monday Letter: first name and email address.
- Information you send us by email and the content of your message.
- Technical data generated when the website is accessed, for example IP address, date and time and browser type (server log files of our hosting provider).
3. What we use the data for
We use your information to provide the guide you requested, to send it to you as a PDF by email if you wish, to contact you about this guide, to prepare your initial call, to send you the Monday Letter and to answer your enquiries. Processing for the purpose of contacting you only takes place with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email.
4. Services used
- Forms: The forms are processed on our own web server. Your details are sent to us by email and, as a backup, stored in a protected file on the server that is not publicly accessible.
- Google Fonts: The font of this website is loaded from Google servers. In the process your IP address is transmitted to Google.
- Calendly: After the preliminary questions you are forwarded to Calendly to choose a time. Your first name and email address are passed to Calendly so that you don’t have to type them again. Calendly’s privacy policy applies.
- Instagram and LinkedIn: We link to our profiles. Data is only transmitted when you click such a link.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tools. So that an unlocked guide stays open on your next visit, your browser stores a corresponding note locally (local storage). You can delete it in your browser at any time.
6. Disclosure
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes. Data is only disclosed to the service providers mentioned above, insofar as this is necessary for the respective purpose, or if we are legally obliged to do so.
7. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. You can unsubscribe from the Monday Letter at any time by replying to a letter with “Unsubscribe”. Your address will then be deleted.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your data and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to alex@alexvegliante.com.
9. Changes
We adapt this privacy policy when the website or the services used change. The version published here applies.
