My story

Business cards at the age of six.

At the age of six I already had my own business cards and played managing director. Of course I didn’t know back then what entrepreneurship really means. But the wish to build something of my own, take responsibility and shape things was there early on.

Nine years in a corporation.

My career began in the IT and finance sector. From 2014 until the end of 2023 I worked at Avaloq, among other roles as project manager for international IT projects. In parallel I completed my bachelor’s degree in business administration and then my master’s degree with a focus on marketing.

During this time I learnt to structure complex projects and to work with people from different countries and disciplines.

Building something of my own, alongside the job.

While still employed, I began building my own sales organisation. It grew into an international network of several thousand people.

Today I bring my entrepreneurial activities together in AV Consulting Group GmbH. This includes building and developing sales structures as well as my work as a coach and trainer. I also hold stakes in ET7 Group AG and ONAMAG AG.

What happens after the seminar.

As Head of Alphaseven Academy I develop training programmes with our team and teach myself. Our focus is leadership, self-leadership and personal development.

What interests me most is what happens after a seminar: which insights stick? What does someone actually change in their everyday life? And what support does it take for a good intention to become a reliable habit?

In front of up to 7,000 people.

My work has taken me onto the stages of dozens of events, in front of a few hundred up to 7,000 people. On top of that come virtual events with more than 10,000 participants.

I speak about responsibility, collaboration, building sales structures and the personal side of entrepreneurship. I draw on experience from corporate projects, from building my organisation and from working with people.

Including the phases people talk about less.

For me, entrepreneurship also includes decisions that turn out to be wrong, expectations that are not met, and projects you invest a lot in and can still only partly influence.

These experiences have shaped how I see leadership. I keep learning to decide more clearly, to question my own assumptions and to tell responsibility apart from control.

Salento, strength training, good food.

Here I share thoughts and experiences on personal responsibility, loyalty, dealing with setbacks and the question of what makes a fulfilling life. My interest in philosophy and in working on myself is part of that.

Away from work I like to spend time in Italy, especially in Salento. I do strength training, go running, like to cook and enjoy good food and conversations that people take their time for. Being down to earth, respect and my Swiss-Italian roots matter to me.
